Tissue cassette labels which stick to all the EC rules

Specially developed chemical-resistant labels incorporating 2D barcoding enable histology and anatomic pathology laboratories to comply with the demands of the European Council regarding traceability.

Brady labels fit the most commonly used cassettes, providing absolute text clarity and incorporating a 2D barcode to maximise information content and improve lab efficiency. The labels are able to withstand all the aldehydes, alcohols, picrates and other fluids required during the histology process.

Printed with the specifically developed thermal transfer ribbon and applied using the new Brady BSP31 Label Attachment System, Brady’s chemical-resistant labels are guaranteed to stick to tissue cassettes throughout processing, embedding, sectioning and storage for up to 20 years.
