Jan Yperman Hospital improve care and efficiency

Jan Yperman hospital has introduced Wi-Fi-based solutions from AeroScout to improve patient care, accessibility of equipment and the safety of staff.

The new healthcare solutions have increased patient throughput in the OR and day hospital. Furthermore, it has also improved patient and nurse safety.

Also, it has made it easier to manage maintenance processes and meet regulatory requirements Moreover, it has increased labour saving and ability to focus more time on patient care.

Norman, Biotechnical Department Manager says: "Being able to quickly find medical and logistical equipment results in a more efficient use of the equipment and of our staff's time."

From a management perspective the RFID technology allows for easier analysis of workflows and processes and improves employee satisfaction.
